Delivery Policy

Kiwi Burst Interiors use Hermes or Royal Mail for delivery, depending on weight, size and destination.

Standard UK Delivery: £2.95, 2-5 Working days.
Some items, such as greeting cards are delivered free. This is indicated at checkout.
Made to order items are lovingly created after your order has been received. With this in mind, please allow for 3-4 weeks delivery time.

Part Shipment of an Order
Please note that if there is an item which is out of stock, but is due to arrive back in stock within 48 hours, your order will be held and despatched together.

Items damaged in transit
We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive its journey to you but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages unfortunately can happen from time to time. If you receive a damaged item from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please email us at within 7 days to inform us quoting your order number and ideally a photo of the damage and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.

We truly hope you will be delighted with your order, however – if you wish to return any items then please notify us by email within 7 days. Returns will not be accepted if they are after 7 days from delivery. Returned goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition (including original packaging) and remained in a re-sellable condition.
Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item/s is/are faulty.
Items will be returned at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible after the return has been received.
Any bespoke, made to order items cannot be returned unless faulty/damaged.

We are trying to do our little bit to help the environment by recycling all our packaging. This means that your goods may not be packed in a brand new box every time, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for re-use.
